- Material selection: We use 42CrMo as the material, in terms of strength and toughness as well as wear resistance, it is better than the original ductile cast iron, and most importantly, 42CrMo has excellent machinability.After heat treatment, the hardness, strength and wear resistance of 42CrMo will be significantly improved. which can be adapted to the needs of different shapes and sizes of clutch parts manufacturing.
- Manufacturing process: We select high-quality raw materials and carry out strict inspection of raw materials to ensure that they meet the manufacturing requirements and relevant standards. Ensure that each step of the process is carried out in accordance with the predetermined operating procedures, and focus on controlling the key process steps. Strictly monitor the process parameters, such as temperature, pressure and time.
- Assembly process: Before assembly, all parts are strictly inspected, such as friction discs, springs, bearings, etc., to ensure that their quality meets the standard; after the assembly is completed, the clutch is comprehensively inspected, including the appearance, dimensions, and mating gaps. At the same time, records and traceability are carried out, and the causes of clutches with problems are analysed in time and appropriate improvement measures are taken.
- Inspection and testing: We will develop a detailed inspection process, and our professionally trained inspectors will be able to accurately judge the quality condition of the clutches. Check the appearance of the clutch to ensure that the appearance quality meets the requirements, and use suitable measuring tools to measure the key dimensions of the clutch to ensure that the dimensional accuracy meets the requirements. The performance testing process of clutches is carried out in strict accordance with the testing standards and operating procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the test results.
